a quick one today since my GBF and the barneys warehouse sale awaits:- christopher hawthorne fires a couple of shots at the planned headquarters for the LAPD downtown. ha! get it? he doesn't like the building and I made a pun.

- breaking! "palm springs epicenter of modernism." the desert sun wins for least newsworthy headline but scroll down far enough and there's a nice write up of the major mid century architects working in palm springs.
